 My Law Degree and MBA are indicative of my ability to avoid pitfulls for both Buyers and Sellers.   And, with a fiduciary duty owed to both Buyers and Sellers I make sure they have complete knowledge about a property to allow them to make decisions that are in their own best interests.  

I encourage both Buyers and Sellers to work as a team when going through Escrow.  The close of Escrow should be a mutual goal for everyone.

Nothing satisfies me more than to help both Buyers and Sellers get through the sales transactions and the requirements of Escrow.

My interests outside of Real Estate include my family, supporting our military personnel and veterans; and backpacking. 

Picture number two shows me on the bridge of the nuclear submarine USS Topeka 9 miles off the coast of San Diego.    As a fromer U.S. Marine officer and Vietnam veteran I take great interest and pride in supporting the brave enlisted men and women of our military.

Picture number three shows me doing something for my own personal enjoyment - backpacking.   I find backpacking in the High Sierras to be both challenging and rewarding.   With a certain amount of effort I can pull away from the fast pace of society into an environment that takes me back in time.   Seeing the Milkyway on a moonless night at 10,000 feet is, in itself, worth the effort.
